Shipping & returns

Clear information. Personal support. If you need help with an order, contact KREPA with your order number.

Delivery

Available destinations, delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Please check your delivery address carefully. If a delivery date is important, contact us before placing your order. Unless we agree a different period with you, your order will be delivered within 30 days.

If an order has not arrived, or arrives damaged, let us know so we can investigate. For international orders, any import charges not collected at checkout may be payable locally.

Changing your mind

For online purchases, you may cancel by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your watch. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Email your name, order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.

Please return the watch with its supplied packaging and accessories, securely packed. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. We may deduct a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We recommend using a service with proof of posting.

Your refund

We refund eligible cancellations to the original payment method, including the cost of our standard outbound delivery. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is excluded. We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or receiving evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us if your watch is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We will help arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable agreed return costs where the item is faulty or incorrect. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
