These terms apply when you shop online with KREPA. Please read them alongside our Shipping & returns and Privacy policies. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display each watch accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Product pages identify the selected finish and the details offered for sale. If a detail is important to your purchase, please contact us before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling, with applicable taxes included where required. Delivery charges and the final total are shown before you pay. Watches are sold as direct purchases. The selected product, option, quantity and total are shown before payment. Available payment methods are shown in Shopify checkout.

Your order

Please check the finish, quantity, contact details and delivery address before placing your order. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We accept the order when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil it, for example because stock is unavailable or there is a clear pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order.

Delivery

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Unless we agree otherwise, delivery will take place within 30 days. Tell us promptly if an order is late, lost or damaged. Please see our Shipping & returns policy for further details.

Cancellation and problems

For online orders, you normally have 14 days from receipt to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to send the item back. The full process, return costs and refund arrangements are set out in our Shipping & returns policy. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Contact us if something is wrong so we can provide the remedy required by law.

Using the website

You may use this site for lawful personal shopping and enquiries. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation or infringe the rights of others. KREPA branding, copy and original creative materials are protected by intellectual property rights.

Responsibility and disputes

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where the law prevents us from doing so. These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections or court rights that apply where you live.
